WHY?
Hyperflow 4D was born out of a simple but frustrating reality: FDM printing is great, but its rough surfaces, weak layer adhesion, and visible print lines make it unsuitable for many professional applications. As engineers and makers, we saw an opportunity to change that. Instead of accepting post-processing as a necessity, we asked: What if we could eliminate layer lines during the printing process itself?
Our story
We’re a Netherlands-based startup founded in 2023, driven by a passion for pushing the boundaries of 3D printing. What started as frustration with the limitations of additive manufacturing quickly turned into a mission—to unlock its full potential and make it a true force in modern production. From countless hours experimenting and refining our approach with industry experts, we’ve worked relentlessly to bring a new era of manufacturing to life.
